We are delighted to extend an invitation to your club for up to 12 vehicles passes and 18 tickets for you to distribute amongst your members. The tickets will allow you entry to the show but do not include camping.

Camping is priced at £15 per pitch for the entire weekend (this is the same price as in 2007). To get this special price, call the booking hotline on 01926 287728. Camping this year will be on the meadow, although tents will have to be segregated from caravans due to camping regulations.

If your club would like to have a stand in the main display area, please sketch out a proposed layout for your display and club stand that we can incorporate in our final site layout. Any displays or club stands can be on tarmac or grass (please tell us which) and will need to be in place by 09.45 on Sunday 3 May as the gates will open to the public from 10.00 to 17.00.

Interclub Challenge

Building on the success of last year, the Inter Club Challenge will be kick off on Saturday afternoon and will be organised this year by the Land Rover Club. The winners will be announced in the main arena on Sunday afternoon. For more information see the web site. Prizes have been donated from far and wide so there is plenty to compete for! As usual there will be the Chris Savidge Award for the Best Club Stand.

We have enclosed a booking form for your club, which includes your camping requirements. If members wish to book separately, tickets are available on the shop section of our website.

Individual tickets can be purchased but if 12 or more tickets are purchased by a club, there is a reduced rate.

The completed form needs to be returned to us no later than 28th April 2010.
