Can I look around the Museum for my entrance fee?
Your Event ticket is inclusive of entry to the Museum.
Tesco Clubcard Deals Tokens
We accept Tesco Clubcard Deals Tokens as payment for entrance except on 5 days per year*. Tokens cannot be used in the cafe, shop or as payment for outdoor activities.
Gift Aid Season Tickets*, Tesco Deals Tokens and other promotional discount vouchers CANNOT be used on the following dates/events;

Am I allowed to bring my dog to an event?
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs must not be allowed to foul the campsite and dog walkers are requested to clear up after their animals and dispose of the waste in a sealed bag at the disposal point provided.
Can I camp at the event?
Please check the details of the individual event to see whether camping is offered.

Join one of our FREE Guided Tours of the exhibitions which operate daily at 11.15am and 2.15pm. For additional tours, please see our daily notice board.
Junction Twelve Cafe
Visit our licensed Café for an excellent range of drinks, meals and snacks plus there are usually outdoor mobile catering units.
Where are the baby changing facilities?
They are located on the museum exhibition floor, behind the escalators/lift and by the public toilets.
Is there Disabled Parking?
Yes, please follow the signs and show your blue badge to the car park attendants.
Do you have wheelchairs?
We provide wheelchairs for public use (please book before visiting, call 01926 641188). The Centre is fully accessible to less able visitors.
Where do you buy the tickets for the outdoor activities?
They can be purchased from the Museum Pay Desk. Please check availability before leaving for the Centre. Opening times for activities vary throughout the year.
When do the outdoor activities run?
All rides currently run from 11.00am - 4.00pm during weekends and Warwickshire school holidays, weather permitting. If you are planning to visit especially for the activities please check availability before leaving for the Centre on 01926 641188.
Go-Karts only operate between Easter Holidays and October Half Term.
